Italy 3 - 0 Turkey

Italy have opened the tournament with a convincing 3-0 over Turkey. 

Wales 1 - 1 Switzerland 

Wales started their campaign with a 1-1 draw in Baku. 

England 1 - 0 Croatia 

England's campaign got off to a great start as Raheem Sterling's goal secured victory over Croatia.

Scotland 0 - 2 Czech Republic 

Two goals from Patrick Schick gave the Czech Republic a 2-0 win over Scotland at Hampden Park. 

Turkey 0 - 2 Wales 

Wales took a huge step towards qualification for the last 16 after a great 2-0 win over Turkey in Baku. 

England 0 - 0 Scotland

Scotland frustrated England on a rainy Friday night at Wembley.

Italy 1 - 0 Wales

A defeat for Wales but they still qualified for the last 16.  

England 1 - 0 Czech Republic 

A goal from Raheem Sterling sealed top spot for England.

Scotland 1 - 3 Croatia

A superb goal from Luka Modric sealed Croatia's progress to the next stage and knocked Scotland out.

Denmark 4 - 0 Wales

England 2 - 0 Germany
