Goals from Kevin de Bruyne and Ilkay Gundogan gave City a 2-0 second-leg win on Tuesday to complete a 4-0 aggregate success and take them into the Quarter Finals for the fourth successive season.

City fans are starting to ask whether this could be the season where they finally win Europe's biggest competition.

What are they saying?

As seen on Twitter, Pep Guardiola said: "In football if you deserve to go through, you do. I am not concerned about the semi finals. When you think about what you have to win, not what you have to do…

"This is why I am concerned only about Everton. No more than that.

"Saying that, I am incredibly impressed and delighted for our players that in this tough year to be 14 points clear in Premier League, the final of Carabao Cup and quarter finals of the Champions League and playing to get to the semis of FA Cup."

What's stat

Phil Foden has been directly involved in 20 goals in all competitions for Man City this season (scoring 11 goals and assisting 9).
