Jesse Lingard has been excelling on loan at West Ham since leaving Manchester United.
Lingard has scored three goals in four appearances since his loan move was agreed. He had only played three times for United this season and none in the league.
Lingard told the West Ham website:
"'It's about doing it consistently and that's maybe where I've struggled before, doing it consistently in games.
"I can feel now I'm coming to an age where I can keep that consistency and focus and concentration coming into games and playing games week-in, week-out which I haven't been used to."
Lingard's contract is due to expire at United in 2022 and Man United could look to cash in beforehand.
He returns to Manchester this weekend as his West Ham side face Man City.
