Manchester United host A.S Roma and will want to take a decent lead to the second leg
United have not won a trophy since their Europa League triumph in 2017.
The home side had a straightforward Quarter-final after beating Granada. This tie should prove to be more difficult.
After several Semi-final defeats since he took over as Manchester United manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjær will be hoping to progress to his first final.
This has come in a season where they have already been knocked out of European competition this season.
Previous encounters
One of the most famous encounters came in 2007 when Man United beat A.S Roma 7-1.
The following season, the sides met on four occasions. They played in the Champions League Group Stages and later in the Quarter-finals.
