It was a memorable day for Manchester City fans as their side paraded the Premier League title and celebrated the City career of Sergio Aguero.
Sergio Aguero came off the bench in his last Premier League games to score twice as Manchester City beat Everton 5-0.
Kevin De Bruyne started the thrashing in the first-half with Gabriel Jesus then quickly adding another.
Phil Foden wrapped up the three points after the re-start before Aguero's magical cameo saw him score twice in five minutes.
It was the perfect preparation for the upcoming and historic Champions League final.
