It has been reported that Manchester City are considering a move for Declan Rice.
It has been suggested that if 36-year-old Brazilian Fernandinho leaves Manchester City when his contract runs out in the summer, the club will make a move for the English midfielder.
Rice, who has also been linked with Manchester United, has impressed everyone this season.
His form for West Ham has pushed them to a European place, perhaps even towards qualification for the Champions League.

There's better players available for lesser money, I know that because Declan Rice is good at best. Rather have Kalvin Phillips.
