The Football League is in sight for Stockport County.
They welcome Hartlepool to Edgeley Park with a place in the National League play-off final in Bristol at stake.
Stockport's 1-0 win away at Yeovil on the final day of the league season secured 3rd place in the final National League table, one point above Hartlepool, and crucially sealed home advantage for this one legged semi-final.
For Hartlepool United, 4th place in the National League meant they had to go through the play-off eliminator round in order to book their place in the semi-final.
They did this courtesy of a 3-2 victory at home to Bromley last Sunday.
