Manchester United and Brentford drew 2-2 in an entertaining pre-season match at Old Trafford.
The match in front of Old Trafford's biggest attendance since March 2020 and saw some wonderful goals that you can see in the video below.Much of the discussion amongst the 30,000 in attendance was of the signing of Jadon Sancho and the inevitable capture of Raphael Varane.
Brentford, who have made very few additions to the side that got promoted to the Premier League looked a decent side and their quality goals will have sent a warning out to those that might be underestimating them.
News Ball UK recently asked if Brentford will survive or thrive in the Premier League.Fans reaction on the goals and performance:
One Manchester United fans said on YouTube: "Some great goals, I think Andreas Pereira's strike was the goal of pre-season."
We think this Twitter user might be having a wind up though.Thats it, That seals the deal. Im no longer a penchester united fan. I’ve been a fan since 2020 and I officially will no longer be supporting this finished club . Im going to Arsenal where they know how to play real football and win games without penalties
