England v Denmark in the Euro 2020 semi-final has been regarded as the biggest football match in years.

A nation expects.

Of course, Manchester City fans might argue that their recent Champions League final against Chelsea was a far bigger occasion. Those who follow City and England will be hoping that the semi-final and then ultimately the final will have a better outcome.

For Manchester United players such as Harry Maguire, Luke Shaw and Marcus Rashford the tournament has given them a chance of recovering from that dramatic Europa League final defeat. They want to follow in the footsteps of Nobby Stiles and Sir Bobby Charlton who are two of the only players that won major trophies with England and Manchester United.
