Avro fell to defeat away at Winsford United following a brace from Joe Duckworth and goal from Matty Boland.

Isaac Modi made his full debut for Avro, with numerous other players coming back from injury.
The game didn’t start too badly for Avro, with the game being fairly even early on until Winsford scored their first.
Joe Duckworth was played through and calmly put the ball past Latham at his near post to put Winsford 1-0 up.
Avro tried to find a quick equaliser but couldn’t create a good chance to threaten the Winsford keeper.

Winsford won a penalty when Joe Duckworth was brought down in the box amid a scramble during a corner.
Joe Duckworth stepped up for the penalty and put it past Latham to make it 2-0 to Winsford. Avro responded, Jake Cottrell having a good shot from outside the box thanks to Modi, which worried the keeper.
Just before half-time, Sam Rathbone forced the Winsford keeper to tip the ball onto the bar from his header - denying an Avro goal by inches.
The half-time whistle went with the score Winsford 2-0 Avro.
Avro made some substitutions at half time and just after the second half had resumed, Jacob Wood and Kane Wallwork coming on, Sam Rathbone and Isaac Modi coming off.
Winsford went 3-0 up when Matty Boland picked up the ball outside the box and hit a good shot which flew into the bottom corner.
Avro kept pushing, trying to start some kind of comeback.
Avro scored on the 77th minute when Kyle Jacobs crossed the ball to the far post where Kane Wallwork was waiting and and easily slotted it past the keeper.

Wallwork nearly scored another just a few minutes later but it hit the crossbar.
Latham denied Winsford a 4th when Latham tipped a top class free-kick onto the crossbar. The full-time whistle went not long after.
