Let's look ahead to the delayed European Championships.
This summer will mark 25 years since the legendary 'Euro 96' tournament.
The 2020 UEFA European Football Championship, commonly referred to as UEFA Euro 2020 or simply Euro 2020, is scheduled to be the 16th UEFA European Championship
The tournament, to be held across 12 cities, was originally meant to take place from 12 June to 12 July 2020.
In March 2020, UEFA announced that the tournament would be postponed by a year due to the COVID-19. It then proposed it take place from 11 June to 11 July 2021, which was confirmed on 17 June 2020. The tournament will still retain the name "UEFA Euro 2020.
Portugal are the defending champions, they beat France in the 2016 final. Who remembers this lovely moment when Cristiano Ronaldo was greeted by Alex Ferguson.
Sir Alex Ferguson waiting like a proud father for Nani and Ronaldo and how they call him boss, lovely video.

United and City players that could shine at the tournament.
Phil Foden is having the best season of his career so far and is playing a huge part in Man City's successful season so far.
Marcus Rashford could also finish the 2020/2021 with the best goal return of his career so far and will also be important for England.
Bruno Fernandes has been in great form since signing for Man United in January 2020. He will more than likely be important in his countries quest to retain the European Championships.
İlkay Gündoğan is another Manchester City player that is having a great season. Like Foden, he has every chance of finishing the season with club and international continental success.
