Chelsea ended Manchester City's chances of winning an historic quadruple after a close FA Cup semi-final at Wembley.
City had their sights set on a unique haul of four trophies as they close in on the Premier League title and also face Tottenham in the League Cup final on 25th April.
Chelsea ultimately deserved the victory given to them when Hakim Ziyech slid home Timo Werner's pass before the hour mark. They have set up an FA Cup final against either Leicester or Southampton.
The Manchester City manager had always played down the chances of what many regarded as the Holy Grail of winning all four major trophies - the Champions League, the Premier League, the FA Cup and the Carabao Cup.

Post match reaction from Pep
PEP 💬 They played a good first fifteen, twenty minutes and we struggled a little bit. Last ten minutes of the first half we were better - we didn't create much but we were there. Final minutes with Phil and Gundo we created more. Congrats to Chelsea. pic.twitter.com/1bBTzlu3wh
