A win for Manchester City over Chelsea would confirm them as champions

In a preview of the upcoming Champions League final, Manchester City can seal the title with a win against Chelsea. 

City are currently on a great five-game winning streak which dates back to their FA Cup semi-final defeat to Chelsea.

City's most impressive win came against PSG earlier this week. After coming from behind to win the first leg, they ultimately had a comfortable night against their French opponents.

Previous meeting this season

In addition to their match in the FA Cup, City beat Chelsea in the league game earlier this season. They won 3-1 with Gundogan, Foden and De Bruyne scoring the goals. 

Pep press conference

In his press conference, Pep Guardiola said the following:
