It has been reported in a number of media outlets that Man City see Kane as their priority for the summer, but they will face competition from Manchester United.
City see him as the replacement for Sergio Aguero.
Harry Kane's immediate priority is obviously going to be leading the line for England at the upcoming European Championships. A good tournament for him might increase the number of clubs interested in him.
Back in May we reported that Harry Kane had told Tottenham Hotspur that he wanted to leave the club in the summer.
