Avro FC have recently to announce a partnership deal with leading North West housing provider, Onward Homes.
Onward, who provide quality homes for affordable rent throughout Oldham, has given Avro a total of £3,500 from its Community Fund, which aims to support local groups and projects to make a positive difference in their community.
Head of Operations, Charlie O'Brien said "It such a pleasure to have scored on this valuable funding from Onward Homes, through this we have managed to put in place three community projects. These display our continued commitment to the local community here at Avro FC, in the Limeside area.
"We aim to continue to evolve and develop for the good of our community as well as our club. We have some exciting projects happening, and others to look forward to - I look forward to working with Shoab and the team at Onward homes going forward."
The money will be invested directly back into their local community and will be used to help set up a number of football-related groups hosted at the Vestacre Stadium.
