It was ultimately a very successful season for Manchester City as they won the Premier League and Carabao Cup.

City were crowned champions on May 11th after Manchester United lost To Leicester City. 

They recovered from a poor start to the season and triumphed in the end with relative ease.

However, there was a few disappointments for Pep's side.

Best players?

There were several few stand-out players for City. Phil Foden, a player expected to shine for England in the European Championships, and Kevin De Bruyne, who was named PFA Player of the Year, both shone for the club. 

Ruben Dias also impressed in his first season at the Etihad Stadium
